What are ancient grains?
Ancient grains are grains that are still grown as they were generations ago. They haven’t been hybridized or genetically modified. They are many times far less or not contaminated with glyphosate as well. The seeds are just saved over and over again and replanted. There are many health benefits to eating food that is as close to the way God made it as possible. After all, He created perfect things for us. Ancient grains flour
We grind our own flour in our nutrimill grinder. This way we can have fresh flour whenever we want from our stock of ancient grains. Just toss them in, turn it on, and have flour in a few minutes. If you don’t have a grinder, you can get ancient grains flour already ground.
