The seeds are just saved over and over again and replanted. There are many health benefits to eating food that is as close to the way God made it as possible. <p>We <a href="https://actionablewellness.com/how-to-make-your-own-flour/">grind our own flour</a> in our nutrimill grinder. This way we can have fresh flour whenever we want from our stock of ancient grains. Just toss them in, turn it on, and have flour in a few minutes. If you don&#8217;t have a grinder, you can get ancient grains flour already ground. </p>
