Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 scoop whey protein preferably vanilla flavor but you may use any flavor
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle iron.
  • Mix all the ingredients with a whisker until you have a smooth creamy batter.
  • Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour mix onto hot waffle iron.
  • Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
