Protein Waffles with Stevia

- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 scoop whey protein preferably vanilla flavor but you may use any flavor
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Stevia to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat waffle iron.
Mix all the ingredients with a whisker until you have a smooth creamy batter.
Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour mix onto hot waffle iron.
Cook until golden brown. Serve hot.
