Greek Chicken Pasta Salad

For the salad:
- 2 C. Shredded chicken breasts
- 16 oz. Bowtie pasta
- 1 Pint Cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ Cucumber diced
- ¼ C. Black or green olives
- ½ C. Crumbled feta cheese
For the vinaigrette:
- Juice from half a lemon
- ½ C. Olive oil
- ¼ C. Red wine vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp. Oregano
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta to your liking, drain well and let cool.
Add the pasta to a large mixing bowl with the cucumbers, tomatoes, chicken, olives and feta cheese.
Mix together all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl until well combined.
Pour the vinaigrette over the pasta salad, and toss to combine well.
Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
