You can make them keto. They are low carb, gluten free, and grain free. <h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="ground-turkey-lettuce-wraps">Ground turkey lettuce wraps</h2>



<p>These lettuce wraps are perfect for an easy and super fast weeknight meal. They’re done in about 15 minutes from start to finish. And who doesn&#8217;t love meals that come together this fast? I know I do. </p>



<p>Toss some vegetables on top, and add a veggie side, this meal will be super healthy and delicious! </p>

<p>Turkey is a delicious and versatile protein and ground turkey is perfect for making Asian Lettuce Wraps. I often reach for ground turkey instead of ground beef in the store because it&#8217;s healthier and just as versatile. You can feel good about eating it. </p>



<p>All you have to do is cook the ground turkey until it&#8217;s no longer pink and mix in the sauce. So simple. Then lay out your lettuce leaves, scoop in a scoop of filling and roll them up like a burrito. Fold in the ends, and working from one end to the other roll them up tight. </p>



<p>The best lettuce, in my opinion, for the lettuce wraps is Bibb lettuce. It&#8217;s hard to find where I live, so I use leaf lettuce, or even romaine if I have to. But Bibb has a better flavor. And it&#8217;s a nice crispy kind of wrapping for your meat. </p>

<p>Your family will probably love these, but if the lettuce is turning them off, you can use a tortilla to wrap them instead. Or you can even serve the filling over noodles or rice.
